1- Schedule a site visit
We listen and learn about your project goals, discuss the buyer demographic, and we will take measurements and photos.
4- Market research
Next we complete market research and craft your customized design plan.
2- Receive an estimate
You will receive a staging estimate. We include a customized package of options for you to choose.
5- Installation
Includes packing, loading, delivery, & installation of staging inventory. We bring all the artwork, rugs, lighting, bedding, & decor from our designer curated inventory. The LXDG experts can complete installation in as little as 24-48 hours.
3- Approve the estimate
You approve the estimate with any add-ons, then: Sign the staging agreement. Make Payment to secure installation date.
6- Uninstall and removal
Congratulations on receiving an offer! Please send out a move out notice via email and we will schedule it out after option period.
